Software launch was pushed at a time in the Summer when management knows most employees take PTO. - Conflict-heavy environment; advancement often depends on alliances - Layoffs every 6 months framed as “restructuring,” creating instability and competition - UX leadership provides little advocacy for the team - Product is number one, then engineering, then UX (ex. UX makes tickets for products now because product and engineering said that it's too much for them)
