Turnitin interview questions

The process is a quick one. First was a quick phone interview and the 2nd one was a panel interview with 2 TLs from the UK. All went well, they're professional and won't pressure you. Just like a normal talk. Then, that's it.

I interviewed for a Sales Enablement Specialist role and found the process to be disorganized. There were inconsistencies in communication, including scheduling details and unclear next steps. After the initial interview, I was informed there would be a next round, but there were delays and no follow-up despite reaching out for an update. Overall, the experience reflected gaps in coordination and candidate communication. I hope the team can improve the structure and responsiveness of their hiring process.
