The leadership team seems to be struggling to find a direction that all employees can follow. Priorities change all the time and it's really hard to make real progress. There's a cool fail forward culture but there's also a lot of operational chaos, which leads to frustration and burn out.
Typeform employee churn is higher than the industry average and that's due to people burning out and losing faith in a constantly changing the leadership team.
Also, the leadership team keeps hiring friends and ex colleagues which in my view hinder innovation.
