Pros

Great brand name recognition, very good benefits and PTO being a European Company

Cons

The entire WAC is awful. Technology is either trash or non existent and you are doing something manual you never thought you would be in 2026. Low pay, overly micro managed call center that gaslights you into believing they are busy because you didnt take that extra phone call.

Pros

Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

Cons

Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
