      Pros

      Maternity and medical benefits are good! Flexible working arrangement. Pantry service is good too! Colleagues are nice to each other!

      Cons

      No salary increment annually! Bonus is minimal! No reward at all even if you work hard! And management is saying 2 is the new 3 when 3 is meeting expectation in the performance appraisal process.

      Pros

      Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

      Cons

      Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
