Useless mid level management in india(mumbai + pune) office who want to hire incompetent people so that they have an excuse to keep the people managers around. You will face a lot of flak if you deliver independently with little supervision as it would mean PM's losing their relevance. You will be given bad reviews in case you ask for some challenging work ( which are there in the US or Zurich office and are done my vendors). Though it has the tag of a big bank but it doesn't operate like one.
