good working relationship with colleagues as well as good benefits; in better times there were plenty of opportunities for professional training and furthering education
Cons
senior management seems almost clueless in terms of strategy and the big picture; too many org changes as of late; less emphasis on employees and more on the bottom line (i.e. money)
