      Very able, (some amazingly bright) and approachable colleagues Lots of possiblitiy for advancement and taklng responsibility Plenty of access to senior individuals Collegiate atmosphere is very pleasant to be a part of

      Low pay relative to other banks Support personnel are stretched, thereby putting more pressure on you to ensure jobs are done right

      Pros

      Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

      Cons

      Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
