      Pros

      *Competitive Salary *Easy work/life balance *They have been quite loyal in the past, though now it's just not the case *If you are a mediocre employee, you can have a very long career

      Cons

      *Terrible morale at the moment *Bonus pools not looking great *Competitors at an advantage right now *Not much chance to move up at the moment *General feeling is that people are lucky to be working *No real desire to embrace new technologies

      Pros

      Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

      Cons

      Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
