Cons
Extremely bureaucratic. Senior management is the hegemony and promotes people who: a) strictly manage up; b) are cut-throat in their work approach; and c) cater to the whims of anyone with a Managing Director title or higher. Performance is based not on merit but on relationships with senior management.
