      One of the few firms supporting some level of work-life balance within IB; atmosphere is very collegial and collaborative; reputation is on the rise in the US; global reputation is one of the top 3; tremendous brand equity; in the middle of a massive restructuring plan

      Cons

      UBS was probably the hardest hit bank by the financial crisis; return to profitability has taken a long time; UBS ranks toward the bottom of the top ten in IB within the US

      Pros

      Very minimal pros- you are working in a call center under managers with very little experience.

      Cons

      Managers are useless. The greater organization refers to the Wealth Advice Center as the “WAC”… yes…. wack. It has a double meaning and the advisors on the ultra high net worth teams are known to make fun of this call center. Very unserious role.
