      Great working environment, good place to learn. People are very friendly and always willing to help out. Room for potential growth within the company.

      Cons

      At certain times management is not always around for assistance. It is hard to get certain things escalated by the back office.

      Good Learning opportunities, Tech savvy compared to other banking / fintech companies

      Cons

      Too much offshore, low cost resource strategies, Gap between functional & IT resources, CS merger favored many UBS employees and massive layoffs post UBS - CS merger. Hardly any bonus or pay increments.
