      Like every Big Company it totally depends on luck. In a role you have an excellent manager caring about you professionally but also personally, meaning that interaction is not only job related. In another one the only things that matters is targets.

      Benefit package is wonderful with no downsides.

      The company has many teams and levels which makes it seem like advancement is unobtainable.
