      you are empowered you can challenge status quo you can design your growth many times culture is great

      Cons

      less competitive pay HR policy, fleet policy and some of company policy sucks policy preceed over anything else and not flexible enough in context of given cases many times seems like even VP level or leadership has less power for promotion or package consideration or salary hike than to Talent partners or HR

      The company has many teams and levels which makes it seem like advancement is unobtainable.
