Pros
Good benefits, pension plan, 401k, generous vacation and personal time off, relaxed dress code, paid education and adjuster license fees.
Cons
Totally unmanageable case loads. Management cares nothing about the number of claims they assign. Rats are leaving the sinking ship in droves including 20+ year employees. Expensive claims system doesn’t work and auto assigns claims to wrong adjusters.
