They are taking a bold look at their future and driving forward. I’ve never seen a company be so transparent about their strengths and weaknesses, then outline the “case for change.” As a young professional, it energizes me and prompts me to help lead the company towards their bright future
Cons
Currently a cultural clash of “this is how we have always done things” and implementing new, innovative ideas. UFG is moving towards their bright future fast, which helps move this along.
