Pros
~Decent Benefits ~Flexible hours / Work remotely. ~No micro-managing (during my tenure). ~Prior to C-19, fun employee events.
Cons
~Corporate communication to all locations is good; local communication within the branches / teams could be greatly improved. ~Grapevine...nothing is private. This includes team supervisors/management. If you are in one of the clicks, you know what's going to happen before it happens. Very unprofessional, in my humble opinion.
