Pros
Good people and decent work/life balance. For medium-sized publicly owned business, the culture is better than can be expected. The management/officers genuinely appear to care and try keep both employees and shareholders happy.
Cons
UFG is a bit behind in the tech space and, while actively moving in the right direction, has a ways to go. That along with the many changes to organizational structure in the last couple years makes for a sometimes more stressful and chaotic environment.
