Strong company, care about employees, employees are encouraged to be innovative and know they are backed up, employees and customers more than just a number, we have hit every goal set financially thus far. Pay more than fair or above industry standards, benefits paid for.
Cons
Growing so employees feel sometimes less of a personal touch from managers than they were used to in prior years. Some departments seem disjointed and management not listening to customers and employees. Most senior management needs to understand resources are needed to accomplish the goals successfully. Employees feel overworked due to the growth of the company. Company slow to hire as they don't want to be put in a situation to have to let people go if things slow down.
