Pros
UPS Capital was a laid back environment with a lot of job security. There was great work/life balance.
Cons
This was not a competitive or motivating environment. Compensation was not competitive in the market. Poor management team either with little/no experience or long-term UPSers that only care about collecting their paycheck. Promotion opportunities are based on a best friend/boys club mentality. Inappropriate behavior by senior leadership is laughed off by others and ignored by HR. IT department is moving backwards in terms of innovation and agility.
