      Camaraderie, espirit-de-corps, sense of purpose and truly great people. Compensation is good and benefits (health care, vacation and retirement benefits) are very good as well. Many opportunities to gain fromal training and actual experience in leadership and management.

      Cons

      The need or possibility to deploy to combat zones for extended periods.

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
