      Pros

      Great benefits, allows you to explore multiple aspects of pharmacy. I have experience in clinical, inpatient, outpatient, technology and program management. Can retire after 20 years with life long pension and medical benefits.

      Cons

      Have to move often. May be deployed to a combat environment. Have an up or out policy, if you do not get promoted may be released from the Air Force.

      Pros

      Fully regulated (if things go wrong then you did not read regulations), brotherhood/family environment, supportive of military members and families, civilians, and contractors.

      Cons

      Highly regulated - if there is a regulation/directive for something, that means something bad happened to cause a new mandate
