Pros
Flexible schedule- you pretty much decide when to work. As long as you do your 8 hours a day they don't care when. Good for mothers and students who need flexibiity.
Cons
The biggest problem is lack of employee appreciation. Every day there's some new change that we must adapt to overnight. Then there's Review. All of our cases get read by a group of people in PA. After a few weeks of training they read our reports and decide if we're missing information or not. If we are, they can send the case back to us and our quality rating drops. With this company, all the employees ever hear is what we did wrong, or that we need to do better, or that we have to work heavier case loads. There is never, never appreciation for the work that has already been done.
