      Flexibility, forward thinking company that allows you to use creativity to solve complex problems. No "cookie cutter" deliverables. Each client is treated individually with their unique needs addressed.

      Cons

      Salary not really commensurate with knowledge or education specifically if you grow through promotions, promotion salary upgrades are more based on current salary vs. job performed.
