Pros

There aren’t many but some of the people are nice and try to do their best with the limitations in place. The foundation does nice charity work.

Cons

Confused purpose and product lines that is leaving existing customers to play catch up and usually means spending a lot more or losing out, they don’t do a lot to help existing clients. Internally it is a mess. Multiple changes in really short spaces of time that continue to disrupt. Unrealistic demands made without support or time provision. In the first 6 months 2 leader changes, the next 6 months another 2. A bonus scheme introduced that made employees worse off by some distance. Employee feedback ignored or used to confront team members when it is meant to be anonymous. The list goes on. Appalling treatment and behaviour by what should be a world class company. This experience has shown me they are anything but world class and their stock in the gutter is where it should be. Don’t join or you’ll regret it. They’ve laid off loads, they’ve got rid of lots of teams completely, including engineering QA. Although not unique they only hire now where people are cheap. For a billion dollar company I expected so much more. I was excited and then destroyed.

Pros

Good base salary & decent benefits.

Cons

The absolute most abysmal Customer Success Leadership in the Industry. No formal onboarding for a program over 6 years in flight. Former CS leader dropping F bombs on town halls, fumbling through a disarray of clumsy slides month over month with changing priorities and go to market initiatives. New CS Leader kicks off the Fiscal Year talking about themself first, versus listening and understanding the current state. And follows up unable to address concerns raised on a town hall about misalignment between Sales & CS. It’s only going to get worse. Day to day riddled with every collaboration tool in production between Sales & CS, adding to no standardization and further communication breakdown. Zero cohesion & partnership within CS cross Industry, Siloed with brick walls between. Silent RIFs and PIPs are a reality.
