1. Pay is decent and on par with most Melbourne s/w companies 2. Some of the senior leadership will try their best to retain talent 3. Once people fit in they hardly leave, there are lot of people with more than 15 years in the company which is a sign of company taking care of employees 4. Good work life balance 5. 1. Some managers can be really prickly and micro manage 2. Employees will be confirmed only after 6 months and the process can be rigorous otherwise they will be asked to leave. 3. Hiring process can be better 4. Lack of training 5. Big overhead in training approval process
