Pros

Most of the staff at non-management level are friendly and wonderful people, some areas are good to stay in if you’re not looking for a career progress and looking to work towards retirement.

Cons

- Really old technology - Epicor is terrible - Non management employees are under constant watchful eyes of managers placed on the perimeters. - Too much politics for such a small company which impacts staffs mental health - No professional development

Pros

There was a useful user manual for the role I was doing. I found it outlined quite time confusing and antiquated processes, however the team didn't seem bothered by a lack of systemised approach.

Cons

A very intense work environment, staff don't treat customers with respect nor each other.

Pros

None. I cannot think of anything that is positive about this company that is unique about it compared to other subpar companies

Cons

Micromanagement and penny-pinching is notorious. Requests for new tools for making work efficient and quicker needs months of approvals from direct manager all the way to the CEO. No kidding! They even count how much is spent on coffee and sugar. Can't use the internet unless it's within the allowed websites white-painted by the IT administrators. So no Facebook, Google, or websites to research to do your work. Managers expect that because they pay that amount of money, you should be doing double than anyone in the industry earning less than you do. Expects you to work long hours. Training is very non-existent and even if you request to get some materials or attend some educational meetings, and they keep saying they will support you and are budgeted, it will require a lot of approvals to get approved. Some people are rude and one particular person are quite extremely rude to everyone else. Raised the issue with manager, none were done to rectify. If you want to die of stress, this is the hell on earth available for you to join.
