Have you had the feeling when you go into a job every day, get highest marking on scorecard, and wonder if this is the day I get laid off..well this would be the company for you. 30 years and right before my 55th birthday ( vested year) comes the day you are laid off. Nothing better finding a new company that really does treat you well was the best thing ROLM, IBM, Siemens, Unify has ever done for me.
