Pros
It is a good environment to work and colleagues sometimes are helpful The workload is somewhat balanced and you may find yourself working in a nice project for a short period of time
Cons
Perks and benefits as well salary are low. The company doesn't have the means to spread a new mentality. Products and portfolio remain the same with changing version only and Circuit failed to compete collaboration platforms of other competitors. Atos acquisition seemed promising but hasn't yet fully completed as well as making meaningful changes to lower management levels. Software architecture is obsolete and cannot help the company to grow
