Compensation is industry standard; benefits have been reduced - no 401K matching; Lifetime PTO reasonable time off with years of service; must use days in the year. Heard that the number of total days in PTO offering was reduced company wide in 2015. Technology is new and exciting. New branding; new edge on the competitive UC marketspace
Cons
Very low market share in the U.S. You will have a hard time feeling the success. High turnover of sales and sales direction. Week channel distribution strategy.
