Pros
It's still developing SSC in Sofia, Bulgaria and is changing dinamicly. This is reason to face with a lot of challenges and problmes, which is pretty good expirinece.
Cons
Some bad managment decisions on a local level and stress. Demotivation because of the 40 times difference between external managment and employees salaries.
