      Pros

      The people are amazing. They truly try to do the best they can though understaffed, undertrained, and with obsolete tools.

      Cons

      The red tape, the resistance to change, the one trick mentality that everything is solved by headcount reductions, the lack of any training to field workers, the low wages to anyone below management... I can go on.

      Pros

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
