Pros
Being a Flat organization, which many dont understand due to Hirearchy subjection, you pave your way forward. If you see it and interested(a role you would be passionate about) you can approach it directly without going thru beurocratic levels. HRM is practiced as lead by Manager. UU(Unisys University) is a great resource a corporate can offer. if you are a self learner you will love it and keep learning. excellent thing about this is it is up to date unlike few knowledge centers online. Kudos to this one specially.
Cons
The leaders/managers are not aware of the responsibilities resulting in not or poorly addressing team member's aspirations. need more guidance to the leaders by HR and L&D.
