Separate personal workstations. No sharing of desks of equipment. Ability to express yourself at your desk (within reason) hanging posters and putting picture frames up at your desk so you feel more at home. A competitive salary for technical support. Maternity Leave (Short-term disability). A lot of amazing people to work next to.
Cons
Changes on pay and bonus structure that puts the entire team, including management, on edge. Consistent secretive behavior about where the company is and how this particular site is doing. Low work moral. Little change of actually meeting the client, as I can only assume we are far too "common" to be graced by their presence. I feel as if I have been held back only due to the fact that I am good on the phones and they do not want to lose another head to these contracts.
