      -Pay and benefits are good - They are always hiring

      Cons

      - Tattletale culture - Bait and Switch: You will be told that you are going to perform one job, but once hired on, you're doing something different. - There is no real management - No training, and other employees will blame things on you that you have not been trained on - No room for advancement

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
