Pros
We had 13 days of PTO, 2 flex days, and some sick leave and 401k and benefits like most places. We had fun people to work with.
Cons
The company made employees have to pay for the organizations mistakes since we were hired on. We never new what our actual titles were here and we had to owe money back to company for them making the mistake of not hiring us correctly. Some were hourly but were told were salary and others were salary and were told were hourly. In the end the company had to do an audit of the paychecks because of that mistake made with all 2000 employees. As a result we all owe money for a mistake we didnt do.
