      I worked at Microsoft on behalf of Unisys, so I can't really say anything about its office culture because I have never been there, but Microsoft was great.

      I got laid off on 9/5/2014.

      Pros

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
