      No Work pressure, enjoyed like honeymoon period learning scope is very less

      Bad management activity, No recognize even you work hard. if you are favor to manager no need to work, they will support like any thing lack of ability in managers as they don'rt have capable to observe who's tech good and bad. if you are contract no need to work, if u have ability to play politics its more than enough

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
