      Pros

      First team was good. Good hike. Good technologies in few projects.

      Cons

      Got a Horrible lady manager with rude behaviour in another assignment. She changed my notice period from 60 days to 90 days without my notice. I came to know at the time of initiating separation. HR doesn’t follow policies. They forced me to leave before couple of weeks by stating that “why to pay extra” and they didn’t pay for that. Few products still uses legacy technology.

      Pros

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
