Pros
Training was thorough and even after training you're usually always around people that can help and answer questions for you.
Benefits weren't too bad
Positions are based on a rotation system so they do a good job at making sure everyone gets at least one break per shift.
Cons
Developing can be really competitive
If you start out as part time and are looking to go full time there is usually a list, there's no telling when you'll get the position, they full time spots as needed going down the names on the list.
Management teams are a hit or miss depending on the attraction
