Pros
very multicultural fun young workplace. international and diverse. freewheeling, creative culture where lots of things get the ok. you can try stuff, you'll be given lots of responsibility b/c they want to be a fast-paced growth company. very willing to try innovation and spend money
Cons
can be disorganized, lacking in core business disciplines. focus can change quickly. new ideas can get the go-ahead without a lot of due diligence. if you need structure and want to have a personal growth path laid out, it may not be here. they don't know what they don't know. if you're a self starter and don't mind learning from trial and error, you'll be fine. that said lack of structure can mean it's unclear what the career opportunities are. you may not be able to plan for it. but then something amazing will present itself. if you fit with this culture and like the people, you could be very happy here.
