Management trusts you to deliver without micromanaging, and there's room to take ownership of your work if you show initiative.

Career progression isn't very clear — promotions and salary reviews depend a lot on who notices your work rather than a defined path. Communication across time zones can sometimes be slow, and decisions occasionally take longer than they should. Tools and processes could be better organized in some areas.
