Pros
I have been a full-time employee for 3 years. I feel empowered to make decisions and I feel that the leadership teams fosters this type of environment. Recently we have hired some great people who are going to elevate our company. This company truly believes in and encourages work- life balance. The leadership listens to the employees and implements change based on feedback.
Cons
Over the past 3 years there has been a lot of change and some people don't like change, and they have moved on. The dust is settling and things are looking very bright.
