      Business opportunity appears interesting as oDesk is market leader. oDesk believes in work from home, and that is a big plus for me. Many of my co-workers work effectively from remote locations.

      Cons

      Lots of old technology in use, and people are reluctant to implement change.

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
