      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at Upwork. There is great worklife balance, the people you get to work with are top notch and great benefits.

      Cons

      There has been tons of turnover all across the organization. Also lots of growing pains with where they are taking the business and decisions coming from the top.

      Pay and benefits were pretty good. Only reason I stayed.

      Cons

      Chaotic leadership. People are constantly busy doing things that don't matter as there is no clear understanding of what the strategy is or what success looks like.
