Director of my department has no people skills, cannot lead . Hires and creates positions for suck up with outrageous pay over dedicated employees already doing the job. Refuses to go to bat for employees already here working to get us fair wages. No room for advancement for the regular Joes. You will be thrown under the bus and stabbed in the back by this person & coat tail riders. It trickles down. Moral is low. If you want to be tied to your desk & not feel free to talk to your co-workers & associate then this job is right for you. Only the strong survive. You will burn out quick. Be ready to start taking anxiety medication because if you don't have it, just wait you will.
