I worked for V Group India office for almost 3 Years, I started working as a developer for one of the products V Group started working on. I got a lot of opportunities to learn and work on different technologies. The best part is, i got all the freedom and time to do it. Management was really very supportive in that sense. I worked on the in-house product of VGroup from scratch where I got a chance to prove myself in all the technical aspects of architecture designing, team management, scrum master, and developer. I grew not only technically but also personally. pros: 1. If you have potential, company will definitely respect it and do everything for your success 2. open culture in terms of the things you want to work on and learn new technologies, freedom of doing things 3. onsite opportunities
