-Double standards -super micro-management -favoritism of certain workers over others -heavy work tracking system, feels like prison/factory bootcamp -no FTE conversion opportunity -tries to keep you for super cheap wage -restricts and take away rights you had before as a contractor (no shuttle/remote work, 8 hours in the office even if you're long commuter)
