      Pros

      freedom, autonomy, peers, adventure, culture, ability to make an impact, empowerment, genuine concern for players, interest in giving me long and rewarding career, quality, investment in people, amazing growth and fun!

      Cons

      high growth company so all tools not yet developed - sometimes pace is so fast communication is not ideal but it is getting much better.
