      Management, Work Life Balance, Great Co-Workers, etc.

      Cons

      Regular performance reviews/salary increases do not always occur. Health benefits are not the best, but decent. 3 Week max PTO. No employer contribution to 401k.

      Pros

They guided me through every stage of the interview, provided great prep, and kept communication tight. If you’re a senior tech professional looking for high-value contract placements, I’d highly recommend working with them. They’re responsive, professional, and clearly invested in your success — not just filling a seat.
